How it Works

1. Consultation

Following an initial enquiry, our Managing Director will contact you to discuss your business requirements and to establish how we can add value to your business. 

2. Allocation

Setting up the account is simple. Once we've established your needs and expectations, we will issue you a contract detailing criteria for work to be conducted, and agree the remote support structure. It may be necessary for you to arrange access to your relevant databases, software and to any other necessary IT systems.

3. Inductions

Once all necessary access is in place we will arrange introductions with your teams and then commence the support you need with immediate effect.

We are fully equipped with all basic technology required for remote working. However, if you use bespoke equipment and software, we can discuss the resources necessary to conduct the work/tasks specified. 

We work outside IR35 which means we are an independent organisation to the client and handle our tax affairs directly with HMRC. 

You can get help on the ‘off-payroll working rules’ (IR35) from HMRC.

We prefer to invoice all clients at the end of every month on the last working day. 

Not at all! You’re free to change your mind at any time. We agree a work schedule with you but this can be revised at any time.
